The movie 'Mangalavaram' directed by director Ajay Bhupathi stars bold beauty Payal Rajput in the lead role. The film was released today. And let's go to the review and find out how much it pleased the audience!
Story:
In Mahalakshmipuram, on the favorite Tuesday of the village goddess Malachamma, couples who had illicit relations die. All the people of that village think that they all committed suicide. But the new SSI Meena (Nandita Shweta) suspects that someone has murdered them. So, are they suicide?, or are they murders?, What is the story of Shailaja (Payal) who laid the finger on the town a few years ago?, What is the role of Ravi in the midst of this? What is the relationship between the story of Intik Shailu and the murders that are happening in the village now? That is the rest of the story.
Plus Points:
This murder mystery thriller set in the background of illicit relations has some horror scenes and some thrilling elements. Also the climax twist was not expected. The crime drama written by the director was interesting in some places. Especially the twists in the movie are impressive. Nandita Shweta impressed as a serious police officer. Krishna Chaitanya's acting and mannerism are good.
Payal Rajput's performance in the bold and love scenes became the highlight of the movie. Though the heroine Payal's role is not that long as per the story, she impressed with her performance. Divya Pillai's acting is also good. Also, Ajmal, Ajay Ghosh, Ravindra Vijay, Shravan Reddy and others have done justice to their roles. The way the director has handled the film in many angles around illicit relations is good at some places.
Minus Points:
Although this Tuesday movie has an interesting crime drama, the play is very simple in some places. Also, despite the bold point and content.. the main plot is also simple. Similarly, the actor who played the role of Ravi also did not suit the role perfectly. Although the makers have elevated the content well on the screen, some scenes are not good. Also, some scenes in the first half are not impressive. Also, as the drama became more dramatic in the movie, naturalness was lacking.
Technical Department:
Talking about the technical department.. Director Ajay Bhupathi could not add good treatment to good crime thrillers and increase interest. The heroine track should have been written a little better. Cinematography is good in the movie. Along with the opening scenes of the movie, the cameraman showed some key scenes in the second half very naturally. The music is good. The background music is also good. The editing is also impressive. The production values are also very good.
Verdict:
In this crime mysterious thriller that came out on Tuesday.. along with thrilling elements, bold scenes and some emotional moments are also impressive. However, the screenplay in the first half could have been better. But, the shooting and making style of the movie is good. Overall, this crime suspense thriller will appeal to a wide range of audiences. But the rest of the audience seems to be average.
