Citadel: Honey Bunny 2024 5Movierulz: Release Date, Box Office Collection and Review
Prime Video has set a global premiere date for "Citadel: Honey Bunny 2024", the Indian installment of the "Citadel" franchise. The series stars Varun Dhawan and Samantha in the lead roles.
The Indian series born out of the world of "Citadel" is directed by Raj and DK (Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK) and written by Sita R. Menon along with Raj and DK. The series is produced by D2R Films, Amazon MGM Studios, and the Russo Brothers' AGBO, executive producing.
Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Angela Russo-Otstot, and Scott Nemes of AGBO, along with David Weil ("Hunters"), are executive producers of "Citadel: Honey Bunny" and all series within the "Citadel" world. Midnight Radio is also executive producing.
Prime Video revealed the premiere date at a fan event in Mumbai, where it also released a trailer for the series. “Citadel: Honey Bunny” is described as combining elements of a spy action thriller with a 1990s love story.

Samantha previously featured in Season 2 of Raj & DK’s Prime Video series “The Family Man”, while Menon played a pivotal role in their “Farzi”, also a Prime Video series.

'Citadel: Honey Bunny' follows the Italian series 'Citadel: Diana' (premiering October 10) in the 'Citadel' universe. The original series "Citadel", starring Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, premiered in 2023. Production on the second season of the series is set to begin this year, which will be directed by Joe Russo.
November 7 has been set as the world premiere date for "Citadel: Honey Bunny."
